Our family program is designed for all ages — kids, teens, and adults. Families can train together in the same class, making it fun, motivating, and inclusive for everyone.
No experience is required. Beginners are welcome, and our instructors guide each student at the right pace for their age and skill level.
Absolutely! Family Martial Arts is built for shared training. Parents can work side-by-side with their children, creating bonding moments and shared progress.
Comfortable workout clothes (t-shirt and athletic pants) are recommended for your first session. Once enrolled, students will receive a uniform.
Training improves fitness, confidence, discipline, focus, respect, and self-control — and families strengthen relationships while growing together.
If you’re looking at adult martial arts classes in Fredericksburg you’ve likely come across Karate, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), and more. Karate, Taekwondo, and Muay Thai focus on striking (punches, kicks, knees, and elbows). Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu focuses on grappling (wrestling with locks and grabs). It’s important to know how to both strike and grapple for the best self-defense.
No problem. Martial arts is for all fitness levels. Students build strength, flexibility, and coordination gradually through training.
